However, for those of you that are not familiar with the Macan, it might be difficult for you to decide which of the models is right for you. 2017 Porsche Macan

The first trim, or the base trim, is simply called the Macan. Starting at just $47,500, the 2017 Porsche Macan sports a new 2.0-liter turbocharged motor that cranks out 252 horsepower and 273 lb.-ft of torque. The SUV is capable of accelerating from 0-60 mph in just 6.1 seconds when equipped with the available Sport Chrono package, and it has a top track speed of 142 mph. The model also includes a 7-speed PDK transmission, Porsche Traction Management all-wheel drive, a sport exhaust and the Porsche Communication Management system.

2017 Porsche Macan S

Next up is the 2017 Porsche Macan S trim, which has a starting MSRP of $54,400. While many of the features that are available are similar on each model, the biggest differences are usually found in the engine bay. The Macan S gets a bump in power, thanks to its 3.0-liter V6 engine. This powerplant produces 340 horsepower and 339 lb.-ft of torque, which accelerates the SUV from 0-60 mph in just 5.0 seconds with the Sport Chrono package. Its top speed is 156 mph. This SUV also comes equipped with power front seats, paddle shifters and heated seats all around.

2017 Porsche Macan GTS

Third on the list is the 2017 Porsche Macan GTS. This model has a starting price of $67,200, and it once again gets a bump in power, however, the GTS utilizes the same engine that is found in the S trim. This V6 churns out 360 horsepower and 369 lb.-ft of torque, which propels the SUV from 0-60 mph in 4.8 seconds with Sport Chrono. Its top speed is 159 mph.

2017 Porsche Macan Turbo

If you are looking for some serious horsepower, the 2017 Porsche Macan Turbo is sure to deliver. This model, along with its 400 horsepower 3.6-liter V6 engine, can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 4.4 seconds with the Sport Chrono package. The motor also churns out 406 lb.-ft of torque. This model has a top speed of 164 mph and includes premium features like 18-way adaptive sport seats, a Brushed Aluminum interior package and 3-zone climate control. The Macan Turbo starts at $76,000.

2017 Porsche Macan Turbo with Performance Package

The final model, which is new for 2017, is the Macan Turbo with Performance Package. This unique SUV ups the horsepower to 440 from the Macan Turbo, and it has a top speed of 169 mph. The Performance Package helps the Macan accelerate from 0-60 mph in only 4.2 seconds. Of course, it helps when you have 442 lb.-ft of torque at your disposal. Other changes that come with the Performance Package include a new brake system, a lowered sport chassis and an all new sport exhaust. The Macan Turbo with Performance Package starts at $86,445.
